Will MSI HD7850 PE be compatible with my configuration?

1. AMD Phenom II x6 1055t
2. Gigabyte GA-880G-UD3H
3. G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL
4. Corsair VX450W
5. Cooler Master Elite 430
6. 24" LED AOC monitor
7. APC 1.1 kVA UPS

Also, is there any chance for the MSI7850 price coming down in the following weeks?

Yes 7850 would be compatible with your current rig. But this is the threshold of vx450W. After 7850, dont try to put more load on it.

And as far as pricing is concerned, yes the prices of 7850 would definitely be come down in coming days as 7770 has recent price slash from 11k to 8.5k

7850 is under the category of high end 7 series GPU and our distri in India has ready stock so they are not lowering its price until old stock will finish. So wait for say 1 month and let gtx660 come into the market then the prices of 7850 would definitely come down to lower side and you can wait for 660 reviews also.

HD 7850 will work absolutely fine with VX450 and you can overclock it to its fullest !! It'll consume around 120W when overclocked. No need to worry.

Yes, Prices will come down after GTX 660 launches. Wait for 1-2 months

The thing is, i'd suggest SMC only if the buyer lives in delhi or has someone who can go to the store and pick it up. Apparently, The Boxes are already open and the Crossfire link is missing. Rajesh.S who ordered it from their website and wanted it delivered to Tirupur, in Tamil Nadu had a terrible experience with the service of both the courier and the company. His card had no issues though but i would never buy a graphics card for that amount if it know that the box is already open.

Any other online sellers other than smc?
ebay price is around 23k (mostly because the package comes from US)
ITDepot price is around 19.8k

If not, let me see if i can visit the local dealer here.

I had bought 4 things from SMC, a CM cabinet, a Senheiser headphone, a Router and Hyper 212 EVO on 4 different months and none of them were opened / missed. Everything was delivered to me within 5-10 days. Though you can insist them to use DTDC Air or EMS Speedpost to get quick delivery within 3-4 days.

In my opinion, SMC is very reliable as all transaction and shipment went smooth. btw, check my location, its one of the remote places in Orissa and still the courier delivered it to me. If you're from bangalore, then there's very less chance of anything going wrong.

SMC have long history about selling opened items. Although you can be sure that the card is very good.
