hello guyz i am about to buy gtx 760 but iam confuse which one to go with :

ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Graphics Card - ZOTAC: Flipkart.com

or

MSI NVIDIA N760 TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - MSI: Flipkart.com

the reason for leaning toward zotac gtx 760 is that though it requires 2x6pin and my psu has 1 6pin but msi 760 need 1x8 pin and 1x6pin so which one i should buy and will it be safe to use molex for atleast 2 months?
iam worried because my psu is coolermaster thunder 500w

theoretically, converting a molex pin to 8 pin will solve your issue.. But I have no idea how much power a GTX 760 consumes and how good your PSU is..
Most likely, it will work without any hiccup though..
PS : I have ran a 6870 for over a month on my VS450 with a converter.. and it worked without any hiccups

this is my psu:

Cooler Master: Thunder 500W

my psu is 6months old without the load of any gpu , so is it worth the try?

any proper answer?
