Sorry for the sad news it won't run Andromeda. You need ryzen and Titan to run it. If he need to change his pc I will happily take his PC for ₹1000 so he can buy new one with the money

Don't forget to tone down the graphics to absolute minimum or else you risk of overloading the whole system.
I think it can't run without an SSD too. And make sure to not add a fHD monitor, cause it can cause significant fps drops.
17" CRT would do just fine tho.

You don't even need a discrete graphics card to run andromeda. An Intel HD 4000 is all that is needed.
