WiFi portal not connecting

I am trying to connect with my college WiFi and after connection it directs to captive portal for login .. That this thing is not coming to my redmi1s mobile .. I had tried ... Other people are able to open captive portal but .. My mobile is not able to open portal . what should I do ???

Try a different browser may be like FF instead of chrome. Also try with desktop mode option in the browser.
