Buddy, both are motherboard for different Processors, the 1st one is for Intel 2nd and 3rd Gen Core series (Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge) and the later is for AMD AM3/AM3+ processors. So unless you're telling which processor you're going to get, we can't suggest you anything.
