which processor is better AMD N930 or intel i3-2330 ? considering all config same !!

hi guys...
there are two laptops with dell one having Phenom II Quad-Core Mobile Processor N930 2.0 and asus having intel i3-2330 !!
Considering both laptops have the rest the same config which one would be better in multitasking and casual gaming?

Phenom II Quad-Core Mobile Processor N930 2.0 + AMD M880G
Intel I3-2330 + HM 65 chipset !!

i3 2330M = 68th
AMD Phenom II X4 N930 = 121st

N930 is a Quad core processor where as the i3-2330 is dual core.
So, multi tasking = AMD.
Not sure about gaming.
Both has a TDP of 35W. So, you can expect almost equal temperatures.
However, sandy bridge series is much faster than Phenoms.
Finally, I would pick a i3 in this case due to the performance gain.

Phenom II N930 is previous AMD's previous gen. Was better than first generation Core i3.

Core i3-2330 is second generation and better.

thanks guys....actually bought samsung NP300E5Z-S01In for 31 k at lamington with bag and mouse !!
i3-2330+4gb ddr3+ HM 65 + 640GB + 1.3 mp cam+ gt 520mx 1gb ddr3...hope its a good deal :) thanks for suggestions !!
