Again Transcend is a good choice. Bit expensive though compared to the gray market Sony USB-cum-mp3 players, but quality and warrenty is worth to pay for it.

In Transcend, prefer JetFlash series instead of V20 / V30

Vxx series have very slow write speed while JetFlash series have high write speed.
Read speed is almost same for both.

I hv Transcend JetFlash and my friend has v30, I can clearly see the speed difference!
