Ours is a Small Firm (in Assam). So, want to buy a "MultiFunction Laser Printer" for our firm.
Can you guys please guide me in choosing the perfect MFP???
Following are the Requirements:-
1. Budget: Rs. 40-45k or Rs. 20k***
2. Brand: Any
3. Functions: Print, Scan, Copy, Fax.
4. Printing Cost: As Minimal As Possible.
5. Monthly Printable Pages: 1000-4000 pages.
6. Features: Duplex Printing, Automatic Document Feeder (ADF),
Memory Card & Wireless Printing (if possible).
7. Printout Quality: Should be Neat & Clear.
***Pls. Note:- On the "Budget Part" I've given two budgets (i.e. Rs. 40-45k and Rs. 20k).
If I can get all the features within Rs. 20k then, I'll opt for 2nos. of the same Make & Model.
Else, If within Rs. 40k then, I've to opt for only 1nos.
