Which Motherboard I must Buy?

plz help me friends

its really very urgent

i got Intel D845GVSR Motherboard which crashed recently and can't be repaired - as told by best vendor in my city Bhopal

i got the following configuration

512 RAM
80 Gb seagate hdd
P4 2.4 GHz processor

Now i wanna get an alternate mobo which supports the above configuration

i just wanna a cheap but reliable mobo and not interested in hardare upgradtion except of a dvd writer

plz suggest alternate mobo

a help from your side will greatly help me

does the processor come with pins or without pins\
if it comes with pins you might have trouble finding a mobo for it..they are rare to find in the market these days, atleast i had touble seeking a reliable brand in nehruplace delhi
if without pins go for a asus/msi mobo after checking the processor and ram compatibilities and type of harddisk connection you might need ie sata/ide
the basic asus/msi mobo are cheap nowadays

considerin dat ur processor is quite old, it is going 2 b quite difficult gettin a 845-based mobo

if it supports. try lukkin 4 a 945/6-based mobo, shud b easier to get that a 845

take a look @ ebay for some suitable mobos if u not gettin it in ur city
