Which Mobo and CPU??

well ..hello hello!!!
I am trying to convince my father to upgrade to a new rig and i have almost all finally most of the components...EXCEPT to Mobo and CPU ... it will be an entry level gaming rig...
shud i go for
AMD A4 3400 + Biostar A55ML+
OR
Intel Pentium G620 + Gigabyte GA H61 D2H ???

if you can save some more cash why not go for G620 + HD61 + GT240/5670.

or if you can wait you'll get Trinity based desktop that can easily outperform most sub 5k GPUs.

i have heard g620 and 6770 may cause bottleneck

which gpu you have now, and what is your budget for cpu+motherboard

a4-3400 will not stand against g620 in cpu performance, g620 can beat a phenom2 x2 @3.5GHz, and a4 (llano) is derived from K10 and thus is like a athlon2 x2 @2.7ghz.
thus clearly pentium g620 is a clear winner over a4

By the end of july some ALL IN ONE desktop PCs might appear with trinity.
After that trinity processors for general market would be released.
So it might take some time before it is available in India.

Trinity or the combo? for the Intel config check flipkart. But remember AMD Trinity's top dog will beat most sub 5k GPU but will cost around ~8k maybe more. and cheap motherboards mayn't be available at launch.

i hear this kind of B$ everyday. G620 can handle even highend GPUs. Only in processor intense games will the G620 be bottlenecked.

When you ask "Will XYZ Game run on my pc?" you must specify Resolution you want to play and acceptable Detail level.

For Example CnC III runs on My old Athlon with HD4250 GFX also and it Runs on My Phenom Quad with 560Ti also but there is a "HUGE" difference in game play and details.
