Which mobile phone has best PPI and display screen ? under Rs.10k

I'm using Nokia 5230 which has ~229 ppi. I dont know much about PPI but one of my frnd said Higher PPI means good display and wont hurt eyes. may be thats why i didnt liked Samsung Galaxy Y display (~133 ppi pixel density), its bright but its not comfortable to my eyes. :cry:

So guys tell me is PPI important for screen? and which mobile has above 200 ppi pixel density under Rs.10k ?

LG KM900 Arena: 311 ppi
Samsung S8000 Jet: 301 ppi
Canon EOS 550D (T2i): 289 ppi
HTC Touch Diamond: 286 ppi
Samsung S8500 Wave: 283 ppi
HTC Desire: 252 ppi
Google Nexus One: 252 ppi
Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10: 245 ppi
Samsung I9000 Galaxy S: 233 ppi
HTC HD2: 217 ppi
Nokia N8: 210 ppi
Apple iPhone 3GS: 165 ppi
Apple iPad: 132 ppi

A second hand LG Optimus Black would have a ppi of 230+ (same as Galaxy S)... Can buy it for around 10k...

If you want to go cheaper, then get a Zte Blade for around 7k on ebay unlocked or Dell Xcd35 for around 8.5k which has a ppi of above 250...

Nokia 500 has 228ppi.u can get upto 10k. But it has ton of issues. Sam told me.

all Nokia S60V5 low cost mobiles has above 220 PPI, but at the same rate other brand like SAMSUNG giving all features but very low PPI (i.e: 120 PPI) and dats why bad display. You can read about any samsung mobiles upto Rs.12k with poor display as CONS.

W8 walkman,~192ppi,gsmarean.com,Rs.9300 at flipkart.com
but very old android OS,no adobe flash,no pinch-to-zoom in browser

Don't just buy a phone buy looking at its PPI.....
