Which Laptop should I buy?

Broken In
I am confused between these 2 laptops
help me choosing which one would be better for gaming?
Dell Inspiron 14R(core i3, 3GB ,320GB,ATI Radeon 5650 1GB,14" screen)
and
Acer 5742 G(CORE i5,3GB,500GB,Nvidia Geforce 420M 1GB,15.6" screen)

That Acer laptop has better config. If you are okay with and can deal with Acer's after sales support, go for it. Else pick that Dell.

If 5650 IS better than 420M ,then i think i should go with Dell..
But the problem is I am from orissa & there are no Dell excusive stores here.
the price of DELL INSPIRON 14R is 36,900 in the Dell's website but it is above 42,000 here in orissa & If i order it online FROM Dell, it would cost me extra 4 to 5% road tax only for orissa.

so, if I buy this Laptop from outside orissa like from kolkata or Hyderabad(Dell exclusive store), will it cost me 36,900 or is there any hidden charges & taxes?
or
Is there any other online shopping site where I can buy it Online with the same price?
