There is no one best spyware. It is best to use some sort of firewall combined with a free and a paid subscription spyware service.
I am using spybot + microsoft anti-spyware beta version and norton corporate av together. I suggest you do the same ESPECIALLY when using a p2p as it keeps you very very vunerable...

u'v been given most of them like download, tucows, snapfiles, etc. try zdnet.com, or freedownload.com, freewarehome.com, freewarefile.com.
