Which is better for playing games in terms of Graphics & Performance?

Emulator will lag. Better to install an Android X86 based OS on a separate ssd which has support for your GPU.

PUBG has an official emulator, if that's what you want to play. It will run better in your laptop as its raw performance is miles ahead.

Otherwise, I don't know about lags in emulators like bluestacks for gaming, but is surely possible.
