is there any way to connect agp card to pci-e based motherboard???

Obviously the 6600GT is better.
For 6k you should be able to get a 6600GT. Even if it is a little more expensive, increase your budget a bit to get it but don't get the 6600 which is quite a slow card now.

yes the 6600GT is better, but if u have a AGP 4X slot then any 8X card will not perform to its mark..

No, u cannot run a AGP card in a PCIe slot..
