Kindly tell me which motherboard is better in performance and reliability??

Asus P5Q or MSI P45 Neo-F??

I am planning to buy a new motherboard but i am confused between two.!!!

P5Q is a better one but not much difference between the two.

I would prefer P45Neo-F as it costs 3k less
