You mean today's smartphones are less or not harmful from radiation?
I already have the PC. And it is good for simple touch games although it heats. I asked this question because I am afraid playing games on a lower spec hardware will damage it.

Actually z the "radiation" are nothing but electromagnetic waves(light is also a part of it) that too lower frequency then that of light.

One more advantage is nothing interferes with the display (notch, punch hole) in laptop

It is not about whether it is pc or mobile game.
But playing games on PC does have advantages like big screen, symmetric display compared to today's smartphones, saves space on smartphone. As most games are officially free from Microsoft Store no need to worry about install pirated software
