which graphics card to buy

hi guys i'm planning to buy a graphics card and i have 2 in my mind
MSI NVIDIA N560GTX M2D1GD5 1 GB GDDR5
and
MSI NVIDIA N550GTX-Ti Cyclone II 1GD5/OC 1 GB DDR5
But i have a little problem deciding which one to buy so guys please help me.
And one more question do amazon online shopping really works in india?
