Which graphic card?

I already have the following config:
AMD athlon 64 3500+
Asus A8N-E
1GB(512x2)DDR 400
XFX GeForce 6600GT
Antec SonataII cabinet with 350w smps(or 400w dont remember)

and now i am planning to buy a new graphic card nd need help whether i should buy an 7900/7950/8600Gt card considering my config and the power supply can it support any of these cards or need to get new PSU?
And i am willing to spend about $150-$200

XFX PVT84JUDD3 GeForce 8600GT
BFG Tech BFGR7950256GTOCE GeForce 7950GT
BFG Tech BFGR79256GSOCE GeForce 7900GS

XFX 8600GT is up for 6.6k now and is a good card. Very gud value for money. I think u can't fully utilize the power of cards like 8600GTS or 7950GT coz of ur single core proocy.

If u go for an 8600GT then no need for another PSU.

U can utilize ur proccy to its full by ocing it to some 3+ Ghz.

For cooling of card, 8600GT is a cool card and u will never need extra cooling even if u oc it to extreme limits.
