Which components or things make us hear the sound deeply?

Mostly the piano chords, guitar string sounds in a song can be heard only on headphones or medium sized speakers & barely we hear them on smartphones unless we hold speaker close to ear.

Just stumbled upon this old thread! Not an audio expert but I suppose this may have to do with the frequency response of the speakers.

The headphones and good quality speakers have matching impedance and better range for frequency response and reproduction. The mobile speaker is mono and just meant for voice range, so it’s quite feeble or not so responsive to varied range of frequencies.

As a matter of fact, even you cant hear all frequencies on cheap headphones.
You can experiment it by playing the song "shed by shebbe" on multiple devices. You will understand.

Mobile phone speakers cant produce all frequencies. Also even if some speaker produce all frequencies (if connected to an oscilloscope), the quality and rigidity of the diaphragm also matters. Mobile phone speakers are made to sound loud by putting small foam balls inside.
