Which 23" monitor?

Heavily confused about which 23" monitor to get!
I have HP 23fi and Dell S2340L monitors in my mind. Which is the better of the two?
Any suggestions would be heavily appreciated.

Btw, any luck finding 16:10 monitors? (I've seen your thread in the forums.)

Yeah, Ultra Sharp 24" are 16:10. U2412M. Getting one next week. However I like 16:9 more than 16:10, cause of letter-boxing.
