[Where & What to Buy] Motherboard for i3-2100

Hi,
I'm going to buy a CPU+Mobo+Ram for my PC.
D930+945g+2GB DDR2+SG 500GB+9600GT+X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty+Z5500+Dell SP2208WFP

I need a motherboard with USB 3.0 (possibly with front panel header) and Sata 3.0.
Budget is 5000 INR.
So far only H67MAE35 is available with these features in this range. But now it out of stock in flipkart.

I'm thinking of buying the CPU and MOBO from flipkart, as it is providing 6 months EMI. I'm going to ask my local dealer today for EMI option, if he provides it, i'll buy there (deltapage) itself.

Q1: Is there any other good motherboard with above mentioned features in this price range?

Q2: Is there any other place where I can buy computer parts with EMI option? Please let me know.

Q3: Is there any place where I can get either the CPU or Motherboard for a great deal even if it is without EMI? Like for ex: i3 cpu for under 6K or motherboard for 4.5K etc.

For mobo get H67MA-E35 but to get front panel USB 3.0 you need to have a cabby which has front panel usb 3.0 ports ( blue USb ports ) or else you will have to use the usb 3.0 ports provided on the mobos back panel.

For motherboard you can get Intel DH67BL-B3 for around 5.3k. It has USB3 port but no front USB 3.0 headers.

I can't see why this is unbalanced .. coz Op is going to get a new cpu+mobo+ddr3 ram so it will become something like this

which is good enough for now.
