hey Axisxx, cannot give a ny reference but I bought my canon 540 for 16k , an year and half back at Singapore bazaar in 'gujarati galli'(besides Supreme music, Koti). Hope u know where.
They are original distributors for Canon)they give the usual international warranty and stuff).
What u can do is look for other cool and latest sony, canon products not launched in india but at a customs reduced price and original maal. they will give u 1 year warranty fron their side (not company...)
Or else u can always take Canon.
Point is stuff thay give are worthy and original. Check it out and post again here.
