Where is web based Configuration Manager of huawei WA1003A

I have connected my PC with Huawei WA1003A using USB and configured TCP/IP settings but then also I can't acess web based Configuration Manager of huawei WA1003A on typing following URL *192.168.1.1/browser says page not found...........
Plz help

I guess we are supposed to "know" the OS you are using? Anyways, go to start --> run and then type "cmd" (without quotes) and then press enter. If it doesn't bring anything then instead of cmd, try "command".

In the next window that pops up, type "ipconfig /all" (without quotes), press enter and then post the output you get.
