Where is the REPS?

Friends as far as i am concerned i have searched all the places but did not get it. I am referring to the reps. The green dots are not present under my name. Nor could i find anywhere in the settings. I couldnt even see the reps which i got nor can repp) anybody.

Most of us voted for removing it..
so the admin removed it

It truly is amazing that even after so many anvil-sized hints, it never occurred to you that it may be a remote possibility that they may have been, you know, disabled or something! LOL!
