Where did Java go?

Does anyone know that on which month's CD/DVD did Digit team gave out J2SE Development Kit 5.0 Update 3 & JRE 5.0 Update 3 packages or latest?

I think it is in the Autopatcher installation, but thats runtime not devel pack,
last devel pack was 1.4 something..
