You can ask in medical, tell them why you need they can suggest better product also.

You can get IP in electronic component shop... If they have soldering iron, def they should sell IP!!! Try it.

I've got these, Amzer alcohol prep pad, sadly its not in stock right now, you can try other websites or other brands.

Not sure but you may try with Nail Polish Remover. I understand Nail Polish Remover's main content is Isopropyl Alchohol. I had used Nail Polish remover recently to clean the dust inside my phone's mic. Worked like a charm.
