What to do with these infected files

These files came up on my system scan...usually i delete them but the first two files(same name) sound like system files...should i delete them...

they are not system files. you can delete them.

hmm again point with AVG Free... well AVG free is good to detect but it wont clean up unless u buy the lisance for the Pro version...

turn the system restore of when scanning the full system...

u can load antispyware programs... as this is a trojan they will b able to clean it up... best will b Spybot

& try to post the HijackThis Log file... user may help u up with that one... to select which one to delete manualy...

as suggested use spybot. or perhaps microsoft anti-apy or adaware. to remove the infection/s. also suggest u switch over to avast anti-virus, if posbl. all avlbl at www.download.com, else the recent digit cd's.
