Can you tell me what the difference is between these two graphics ?

Look for which brand provides better warranty in your area. Decide based on that.
These very minor differences in GPU is just marketting nonesense and most dual fan gpus are completely identical in performance.

Personally my bet is with the 3 fan version of Gigabyte. More the cooling merrier.
