What is the safest temperature of CPU and GPU?

iam not a gamer, i using blender for my 3D work when start rendering my cpu and GPU temperature reaches 80*C and above, what is the safe zone temperature of CPU and GPU what to do additional in my system configuration?

Intel i5 2500 Processor
4GB x 2 Corsair RAM
Corsair GS 600 PSU
Cooler Master Elite 310 Cabin
120mm Fan in Front, Back, Side.

Buy a CPU cooler probably.

your PSu can handle as much as fan you want and buy a cpu cooler like CM Hyper 212 Evo to keep the cpu cool and as for gpu ( which one is this ?? ) just remount the HSF properly with some good tim ( or one which comes with the cpu cooler ).

cpu's are safe upto 120C, but danger zone starts at 90C.
gpus are ok till 80-90. after that, start looking for cooling solutions.

make sure you have at least one fan at the back pushing air out. that alone can make a difference of 5-10 C.

best way is, get a bigger cabinet. put a fan at the back to push air out. one fan at front to pull air in. one fan at the side to pull air in(OPTIONAL), one fan at top to push air out(OPTIONAL).

i prefer the fan at the top pushing air out, as i'd rather have hot air being pushed out, but in your case, its better the have a side fan pulling air in, coz the gpu is so hot.

3 fans at good locations are good enough. do send us a picture of your current config
