What does this do?

On the edge of sounding dumb! What does auto patcher do? I mean i know it is to patch some files or the others but what does it really patch. I see no difference when i'm done patching. I mean isn't the microsoft update the same ?

Auto Patcher is Microsoft updates + some small useful utilities + some useful registry hacks.

So its same as of Microsoft updates but it lets u install all bundled updates in a single go and u don't need to connect net and d/l all updates using Automatic updates

Its very useful in a fresh installation
