what could be the problem??

sys specs:
asus a8 nvm
a64 3000+
512 mb simmtronic
400w psu, came with cabby

i recently got a xfx 8800gts, which i ran on this setup for abt 10 days using the molex to pcix converter , ran perfectly well, no artifacts or any other problems . yesterday i removed the card & turned the pc on ,it just wont start...
there is a green power led on the board, which glows but even after pressing the pow button it doesnt start..cpu, cooling fans dont move, i tried with another working psu but problem persists.. what could be the problem??

Your mobo has onboard video controller, try using it and see if there is some display. Or try resetting the BIOS. And man change that PSU, those psu's bundled with cabbys are pathetic. BTW, which psu do you have?
