More RAM Might Not Improve Performance:
High Megapixels
Storage as all selfie and social media freaks it good have better storage a min of 32 GB
Battery: As always we don't have source for charging it's good to have a long lasting battery with quick charging..
Screen option to you as some feels short comfort in hands some want large screens which ever the size but the screen resolution ppi is to be good.
What you say?? Please add some more added features for this which will helpful if any one want to buy new one's.
