Registered RMA for my 640GB on 14-Jan, Fedex picked up 19-Jan, Replacement came on 23-Jan.
That's very good. I love WD.

for me Western Digital always takes a month .... Rma'ed almost 4-5 harddisk , time frame always same

For me WD took one month, took a 500GB green, gave a 1TB Black(64MB cache, new gen, worth at that time thrice the price) as a replacement, all sins forgiven, they can take as much time as they want if they give these kind of replacements
