watch tv on network urgent

is there a way 2 watch tv on the network usin one tv card on any one of the system.i was tryin it using the remote desktop,but i was not able to do........actually i need that every user should watch his own channel using the same tv card...can ay one plz help me out,if its possible to that

Each user watching a different channel with the same card is close to impossible.
However all users can use view the content of the card connected desktop, by using softwares something like remote desktop. Search in download.com and you should find something there. :roll:
