It's simple maths, duh...
Here, cost price for you is gonna be Rs. 2000.
Now, you'll get Rs. 2078 of wallet balance, for Rs. 2000.
Also, the account has a Rs. 400 off above Rs. 1599 coupon.
So, when you buy something worth Rs. 2478, you'll have to pay Rs. 2478-400= 2078 due to the coupon. That Rs. 2078 can be paid from your wallet balance which you bought for Rs. 2000.
Hence, this simple maths result.

I think coupon will expire tomorrow... Wallet balance will remain...
