Want to know about Google Nexus 4

Hey there..

I want to buys Google Nexus 4.. I live in India and as u know, it is not available on Google store in India. But, one my uncle lives in USA, I can tell him to buy one and give it to me.. But I have some doubts.

1) As it is form LG, if something happens to it under warrenty, will it be repaired here or they'll say that "This is bought from USA, so, can't be repaired here"

2) I dont know anything about NTT, LTT or idk what types of network.. am I able to use it in India with the GSM available in India?

3) If u'll visit to its website, it says

" Unlocked and contract free
Purchase Nexus 4 directly from Google Play, with no carrier commitment or contract."

What does that means?

4) Is it OK to buy from USA or to wait to release it in India on Google Play?

AFAIK you cant buy phones from Google Play in India.
And the LG Nexus 4 is an unlocked phone selling for ~$300 in the US so you don't have to worry about networks.It will work anywhere.
And i guess it will have international warranty.
Tell your uncle to get you the phone from the US.Because it is expected to launch in India for about 30k which is almost twice its US price.
