Dont know why, Karbonn is attracting me. If somebody has used karbonn mobile plz tell me about its sms typing input method.

i don't have budget to give expensive mobile, and she is in 1st yr. One of younger cousin sis is using micromax x285 and she is happy with its sound quality and battery backup. So what we need under 2000 bucks.

Go for Micromax ! Karbonn is good too but sound quality of Micromax is much better.

Micromax phones are better than Karbonn. They have good sound quality and solid build quality.

Under 2k (1985 to be precise) and very durable. Has VGA cam, bluetooth, GPRS (you can browse net on laptop via bluetooth), music player and the familiar Nokia S40 OS.

Get nokia X1-01 if you can extend your budget by 300Rs... It is really a good music player mobile with dual sim capabilities...

Else get nokia 101...
