Want to buy thermal compound.

One of my friend is coming from the US and i'm planning to tell him to get me (Amazon.com: IC Diamond 24 Carat Thermal Compound - 4.8 gram: Computers & Accessories ) IC Diamond is the best thermal compound available I think, did a lot of research on the net and found this as one of the best thermal compound.

I'm currently using FX-8350 and GTX -760 Amp! edition i'm planning to apply the thermal paste both on the CPU as well as on the GPU.(idle temps 20 C and 60 C on full load, but my CPU is under-clocked @3.4Ghz instead of 4Ghz bcoz of overheating issues).

Any other thermal compounds on your mind.

Also any other small accessories which i should get( I mean any accessories which are not easily available or are very expensive in India, obviously computer related accessories, also planning to get a Xbox one controller but not sure whether they are as good as the Xbox-360 controller.)

If can get IC Diamond, there is no need to look left and right.

It's the BEST STUFF EVER!!!

Don't believe people who say Arctic Silver V is as good as IC Diamond. PS:It's not.
My temps:
AS V=94 degrees.(2 repastes with 200 hr burn in time)
ICD=80 degrees.


Also, my advice is get 2 tubes of ICD 24. Initially, it may seem one is a lot but trust me, it's not. You can apply it all over your motherboard to reduce temps and especially apply it over the vRAM chips of the GPU.

although its just for the CPU, it does affect the overall temps doesn't it???

Yes it does.
My advice it apply it everywhere. ICD has insane overclocking potential if you are interested that is.
