Leave the gaming for desktops.
You WILL NOT find even a half decent gaming laptop within this budget.
Either add 50k-60k to your budget or do not play games on laptop.

Your best bet would be Dell. Call them on their toll free number and ask for a quotation. Normally the quotation which they tells on phone is much lower than what they advertise on the website

Also, playing latest games on a laptop with 35K budget is nearly impossible. some games may run on LOW Settings

HP Notebook G4-1200TX. GPU is a lowend one. you can play games but will have to lower settings to make it playable.

If you are ok with Samsung, look into their series 3.
Specwise not great...but decent enough with great looks and build quality.
Even the screen is much better than regular dell or hp°s screen.
HP probooks are good too but slightly heavy.
You can get an i3 based Vaio sb series laptop for around 40k.
