WANT TO buy a budget LED TV

i want to buy a LED TV. i am currently confused about brand
samsung,lg,panasonic,toshiba ; which one to chose?
which one provide better experience and support.

want to know about this warranty issue : panasonic,toshiba : 3years || SS,LG: 1year
also Philips stand anywhere?
i eye on Panasonic 22EM6DX[22inch full hd] : but didn't found it on panasonic website
dealer is selling it in 14990rs snapdeal:11650rs : talked to their staff and he said its still in production
LG 22LN4120 LG 22LN4120-hd LG 22LN4150 contender of it.

also what must have in a LED TV?

i don't know if it gonna affect others decisions or not but i bought PANSONIC 22INCH led tv
3years warranty and already got 2 messages from them 1customer support executive phone call
after 1 year free service [i think if any problem arise they gonna charge]

pendrive working : fat32 . didn't worked with ntfs file format
