want help in word

Hi Friends,

i have a list in excel sheet and i want to copy into word in paragraph form how can i do it. any one has macro for this.

for eg : i have got 50 names in excel sheet and i have copied into word
but it comes line by line as it is like excel but i want them to convert into paragraph.
i hope you got my question

thats corrtect but after u convert them into text it come as list only but doest come in paragrapgh time .
eg
i have list
like
1
2
3
4

i want this to be like 1234 or 1,2,3,4

do one thing first copy paste from the excel in un-formated text using the paste special. then copy the space between the first 2 lines and replace it with a coma in the find replace box (ctrl+h). if required then do a spell check.

Yes that is not working, I thought would work, posted that from a mobile phone so could not check. Try this, It will work, I tried.

1. Select the range (column that is) in your excel file and copy (Ctrl+C)
2. Go to a empty sheet, and press Alt+e+s+e and then Enter (this means Paste special Transpose)
3. Copy this selection from Excel and paste in the word - unformatted,
4. there would be some gaps there (which are tabs infact) to get rid of them do a find/replace as i had said earlier.

It seems word does not recognize "Enter" for copying. Never mind we have other options :D

but if u can tell me for that spaces how do i replace coz their are some times TABS space any way i am also experimenting with word
