thanks for your reply but i already have one 64 and one 128 mb ram module occupied on two ram slots and i want to replace 64 module with 256 or 512 mb ram module.

i got one 256MB SD RAM 133Mhz Hynix New Piece with 9 months warranty for 1350/- (that also some 3 months back)

My aim for this post is to just giv u idea at what price can u expect the second hand of fresh piece
