Wanna buy a high end tablet before summer Holidays

3G TABLET 30-40k

Hi I'm a class 11 student and wanna buy a tablet as we have vacation ls after class 10 boards.
MY MAIN PRIORITIES ARE-
9-10" screen full HD
Quad core processor 2gb ram
32gb storage
2 cameras
ips panel
I can wait till end may for it..

The main options are
Xperia tablet Z
iPad 4 / ipad5
galaxy note 800 (screen not great)

I do want a 3g tablet so am not counting nexus 10......
My budget is 40k
Pls suggest other options and tell me which is best from those listed above.
Also when is the ipad 5 expected to release?????? and also when will xperia tablet z release in india and for how much.......

Go for Nexus tablets(Asus nexus 7) or the ipads. You can buy the 3g model.
I am using asus tf700, i bought it to play games mainly but didn't find much games on playstore. If you want something quite productive, go for the Nexus or ipads. They provide pure android or ios experience.
