Wallpaper creation software

Hi! I want to create wallpapers,screensavers & ringtones for my mobile.Is there any free software for the same?

And which mobile r u using?

Generally, the PC suite software, which comes bundled with mobiles, allow to create/upload wallpapers, ringtones, etc.

I am using LG S5200.

I read its specifications:

So this phone supports MIDI, MP3, AAC ringtones and its screen size is 128x160 pixels.

So u can download MP3, AAC ringtones from net and then can upload to the phone using Bluetooth dongle.

Regarding to wallpapers, just create them using MSpaint, Photoshop, oe ne other software and then upload them!
