W700i.Transferring address book to lap.

I have a lot of business contacts on my Sony Ericcson W7000i,which if misplaced will spell doom for me. I want to keep a backup copy of the same in my laptop. I have tried to transfer the phone/sim contacts to my laptop, but there seems no option to do so via the P.C suite.
How do I do it properly? Please help.

Theres software for SE phones that allows to do so.
MyPhoneExplorer.
Search in google for download link. Setup must be less than 5mb.
