Vista RC1 installation error

My system specs are :-
P4 2.0 Ghz
256MB RD RAM
Intel 850 mobo
Geforce fx 5200 256mb card
30Gb partition for Vista

I had Beta 2 installed on my system which now i formated to install RC1 but Rc1 setup won't let me install saying that only 256 mb ram found 512 mb needed for installation ... whereas Beta 2 installed (and used to work properly) without giving any such error.
Now how do i install Rc1 ?

Maybe Microsoft has enforced the rule of minimum 512 MB RAM from RC1 onwards. There's nothing that can be done about it. Go back to using Beta 2.

By the way, what's the performance like with just 256 MB RAM?

Well it sucks with aero enabled .. otherwise it does the work.

The minimum RAM require of Vista is 512 MB.
