I am trying to install vista on my new system but it doesn't boots up. After setup is completed it restarts and then the loading bar just keeps on going on and on. Safe mode doesn't works as well.
I have tried different DVD's .. interchanged position of RAM modules .. removed 2gb RAM (have total 4gb) .. disabled all unused IDE and SATA ports from BIOS.

My system specs are in the signature. I havn't done OC of any kind. Now how do i boot into Vista ?

Vista wont install with 4gb ram, u can install it with 1 or 2 gb then u have to patch vista (from MS site) to make it work with 4gb.
Seems ur installation is curropt.

Try again with 1gb installed then add the ram later., make sure only 1 hdd is connected at the time of installation.
