virus Worm.Win32.Detnat.d---URGENT

[hahahari]

help guys every file in my pc is infected with this worm


i am not able to remove it bcs all the exes have to be removed

i tried both KAV and NOD32

unsuccessfully.and now the pc is dead slow even with 1GB ram

pls help

also download and use a-squared anti-malware.
www.emsisoft.com/

make sure u r using the latest/updated versions.
scan in safe mode for best results.
