virus problem...I think so.

My two friends have got the same problem.

They can't copy-paste anything...After copying anything the "paste" option in the right click menu becomes inactive.

also some file name "winfile" is created in each and every folder. also it gets recreated after deleting...

Looks like a virus problem to me. Install Norton antivirus & get the latest updates and do a full System scan
Just see if Norton is able to find the virus & fix the problem. Also use good anti-spyware software like
SpySweeper & do a full scan. If nothing helps & the problem remains. I'm sorry , you have to delete the
partitions or first try formating the partition where you installed Windows & install Windows again.
See if it works.
